Job summary

Kwaan Tech, a subsidiary of Cape Fox Facilities Services, is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) for Fort Meade. Responsibilities include monitoring the Secure Construction Site, maintaining access control, and performing daily inspections and reporting to the government to ensure compliance with CSP and DoD regulations.

The CST will document security violations, coordinate with the SSM/FSO, and conduct security inspections of materials and personnel.

Qualifications

• Must have a current TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility.
• CST experience with at least five years in construction.
• Familiar with ICD-705 Construction Surveillance Technician requirements.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and perform physical activities for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities of construction workers on the Secure Construction Site.
• Maintain access control to the construction area and report violations.
• Prepare daily government reports detailing construction activities and inspections.
• Document anomalies and variances against project plans with photos.
• Attend progress meetings and advise on project security and procedures.
