Responsibilities include leading COTS integration, building secure pipelines, and maintaining documentation to support ATO and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems integration with COTS product vendors and other contractors to implement ISO standards and integration across the application stack.
• Design and configure the solution to operate securely within a Federal Cloud Enterprise with VA identity providers and secure access patterns.
• Implement DevOps pipelines and practices for secure health information exchange and data separation per federal privacy rules.
• Establish near real-time system monitoring to detect anomalies and enable rapid troubleshooting of performance or security issues.
• Support the Authority to Operate (ATO) process for the COTS product and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for sustainment and audits.
