Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC seeks a DevOps Engineer to automate and optimize Bespin cloud engagement kit deployment. You’ll build CI/CD pipelines, manage code repositories, and apply infrastructure-as-code for scalable, reliable operations.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to support cyber incident response and threat hunting missions.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
3+ years in DevOps, automation, or software engineering roles.
Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash, YAML).
Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
Experience with AWS cloud services and APIs.
Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with configuration management and automation tools.
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated engagement kit deployment.
Manage source control and code repositories for infrastructure configurations.
Implement infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources.
Enhance kit capabilities through automation and optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with architects and administrators to streamline deployment processes.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
Support troubleshooting and performance optimization during active operations.
Maintain version control and change management processes.
Develop automation scripts and tools to reduce manual effort.
Ensure consistency and repeatability across engagement kit deployments.
Participate in security hardening and compliance automation efforts.
