Job summary

Veridos seeks a Secure Production Operator to support the secure personalization department on 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm – 10:00pm) by running high-security card personalization equipment, performing quality inspections, maintaining inventory, and assisting the Head of Operations with additional HSA tasks as needed.

You will prepare and operate production machines, manage materials, monitor stock levels, perform Excel data entry, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant or similar multi-tasking environment.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to stand or walk 75% of the day.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must possess high standards of personal integrity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to employment.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Must maintain safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supply, and operate production machines dedicated to secure card personalization or mailing services.
• Retrieve daily work files from workstations to facilitate the day’s production objectives.
• Coordinate material delivery to workstations, focusing on the appropriate allocation of resources to achieve shift targets.
• Monitor inventory levels for essential production materials such as envelopes, inserts, and blank paper, and notify the manager if stock levels are insufficient.
• Inspect the quality of produced materials rigorously to meet organizational standards.
• Perform data entry tasks, specifically using Microsoft Excel, to maintain production records.
• Report any operational concerns or challenges to the Operations Manager for the HSA department.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment to promote operational efficiency.
• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
