A 5+ year cybersecurity background, AI tooling experience, and a cloud security cert are required. California salary range $94,400–$293,800 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience with depth in at least one area (AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud security, GRC or responsible AI).
• Minimum 1 year hands-on proficiency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex).
• Minimum 1 year experience with AI architecture fundamentals (LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, A2A, RAG).
• Cloud platform security fundamentals certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client workstreams with independence and deliver security-focused AI solutions.
• Design and test prototype and production secure AI deployments and ensure components work together.
• Build client relationships and contribute to sales efforts when needed.
• Develop playbooks, reusable tools, and training materials for the practice.
• Stay current on AI security, governance, and emerging technologies.
