Job summary

Accenture Cybersecurity seeks a Senior Manager to lead Secure AI engagements, owning workstreams and guiding delivery for client projects. You will translate complex AI security concepts into clear business narratives for directors and the C-suite, and drive opportunities from scoping through staffing plans.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in cybersecurity, 1+ year in Secure AI domains, agentic coding fluency, and AI architecture experience. Willingness to travel 75–100% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with domain expertise in at least one discipline (AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud, GRC, or offensive security)
• Minimum 1 year in at least one Secure AI domain: AI security architecture, adversarial AI, or cloud/infrastructure security for AI
• Minimum 1 year in Agentic coding fluency: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex
• Minimum 1 year in AI architecture: LLM deployment patterns, agentic/multi‑agent systems, RAG pipelines, MLOps, A2A, AI Gateways, MCP Gateways
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI‑specific security: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, model extraction, supply chain attacks
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AI governance frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and client leadership for Secure AI engagements
• Develop and coach manager-level teams and translate AI security concepts for executive audiences
• Drive pursuit activity from RFP/RFI to proposals and Statements of Work
• Design and deliver secure AI deployment solutions and governance frameworks
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to Accenture sales efforts
