We help clients transform their power and utilities systems by modernizing applications and infrastructure, focusing on operational technology programs such as AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS, and more.

The opportunity: As the Operational Technology Services Lead, you'll develop and oversee our OT services, including system configuration, patching, modeling, testing, and application management across major OT platforms from vendors like Aspen Tech, GE, Schneider, and Hitachi. This role requires adaptability, leadership, and a deep understanding of power and utilities technology transformation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing organizational structure and staffing for OT services
• Developing internal processes for resource and engagement management
• Leading recruitment, training, and development of OT teams
• Creating and expanding OT solution offerings
• Managing client relationships and leading business development efforts
• Collaborating with vendors and leveraging industry trends
• Building strong teams and fostering an inclusive culture
• Mentoring team members and managing multiple engagement teams
• Travel as required for client engagement

Key skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; master’s preferred
• 5-7 years relevant experience; 10+ years in consulting for Power & Utilities preferred
• Experience with OT systems and platforms from Aspen Tech, GE, Schneider, Hitachi
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Willingness to travel and manage complex projects
