Sector Tech: Digital Grid - Operational Technology Services Lead - Senior Manager - US Consulting

Join EY as a Senior Manager - Operational Technology Services Lead within our Digital Grid team, focusing on delivering innovative technology consulting and managed services to Power & Utilities clients. This role involves leading the development of our OT Services offerings, managing complex projects, and fostering client relationships to support power grid modernization and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Designing and leading the OT Services organizational structure and staffing
• Developing OT service solutions and overseeing client engagement teams
• Building strong client relationships and business development
• Collaborating with OT product vendors and staying current with industry trends
• Managing team development, mentoring, and fostering an inclusive culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, systems, or computer engineering or related field; Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including OT systems implementation (e.g., ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DERMS, EMS, GIS)
• Proven leadership in managing teams, client relationships, and project delivery
• Experience with major OT platforms from Aspen Tech, GE, Schneider, Hitachi, etc.
• Willingness to travel as needed and strong communication skills
