Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in aerospace industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of WIOA guidelines and labor market trends.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience in building partnerships with employers and educational institutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work independently.
  • CWDP certification within 3 months of hire.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends).
  • Travel to various locations as needed.
