Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Sector Specialist on the Directed Content team to enhance the quality and efficiency of proprietary healthcare content. You will lead strategic projects, partner with engineering and product teams, and oversee QA of transcripts with our AI interviewer and external vendors.

The role focuses on Healthcare, requiring deep domain knowledge and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will report to the Director of Research, Healthcare, and contribute to content strategy,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in equity research at a sell-side bank, investment firm, hedge fund, research provider, or expert network.
• Deep domain expertise in Healthcare with knowledge of key players and industry trends.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and hit targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and process initiatives to improve operational performance in Healthcare content.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to QA new AlphaSense products.
• QA reviews of expert transcripts conducted with AI interviewer and vendors.
• Identify and develop directed content streams for the AI-led interviewer.
• Highlight top healthcare ETL content for promotional activities and content initiatives.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback to improve content quality and coverage.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product to pilot AI-enabled tools to improve throughput.
