Job summary

Nexform Technologies, headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan, is seeking a Section Supervisor to lead production teams across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coach and develop Team Leaders, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to continuously improve performance. A strong candidate has manufacturing leadership experience and a background in automotive settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees and Team Leaders.
• Drive daily production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to solve problems and improve performance.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production metrics, staffing, and operational performance.
