You will guide management and union staff, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence while advancing clean energy commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years relevant work experience OR
• Master's Degree and 6 years relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of safety, civility and ethics while maintaining compliance.
• Coordinate instrumentation testing, repairs and calibrations for electronic equipment and meters.
• Direct a management and union workforce to meet budgets and timelines.
• Develop and manage budgets and optimize cost-effective processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address customer needs and improve safety and productivity.
