Responsibilities

• Lead team members, oversee daily operations, and ensure company and customer standards for performance and productivity are met.
• Mentor staff, resolve operational issues, and enforce policies.
• Provide subject matter expertise, assistance, recommendations and hands‑on support.
• Share knowledge and experience to facilitate effective practices and increase staff awareness of best practices.
• Approve timecards and conduct performance reviews.
