The Section Director will expand a multidisciplinary program intersecting cardiovascular prevention, metabolic health, and cardiometabolic medicine, overseeing clinical operations, education, and scholarly activity.

Qualifications

• Board eligible/board certified in cardiology.
• Completed US-accredited Cardiovascular Medicine fellowship.
• Advanced training in preventive cardiology or lipidology.
• Minimum 5–10 years of clinical cardiology experience.
• Eligible for Ohio medical license.
• Clinical or translational research experience preferred.
• Qualify for academic appointment at The Ohio State University.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Section Director of Preventive and Cardiometabolic Cardiology; expand and direct a multidisciplinary program.
• Oversee clinical operations and develop innovative care models.
• Advance education, training, and scholarly activity in preventive cardiology and cardiometabolic medicine.
• Provide patient-centered, integrated care with a commitment to excellence in clinical service and research.
