Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary academic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the abdominal organ transplant program with clinical excellence and program development.
  • Provide comprehensive surgical care including organ procurement, transplantation, and post-operative management.
  • Oversee transplant operations including waitlist management and donor coordination.
  • Participate in on-call coverage and daily rounds for transplant patients.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes across care continuum.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop faculty and support residency/fellowship training.
