RWJ Barnabas Health in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Associate Professor of Surgery – Section Chief of Transplant Surgery. You will lead and grow the abdominal organ transplant program, ensuring clinical excellence and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities include overseeing patient care, teaching medical students and residents, engaging in scholarly activities, and participating in community education initiatives. A strong commitment to academic medicine and demonstrated leadership experience in transplant surgery is required.

Competitive compensation package includes a minimum salary of $637,341 and a comprehensive benefits package.
