The position is located at MES Headquarters in Millersville, MD. The selected candidates will develop, direct, manage, and prioritize work at the Section level, and is responsible for assuring all services performed in the Section are cost effective, efficient and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates should have experience, in but not limited to, business development, labor management, technical writing, strategic planning, project management and regulatory and interagency coordination.
