The ideal candidate will hold board certification in Cardiology, a Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship, and be at Associate Professor rank or higher, with a proven record in complex EP procedures and LAAO/lead extraction

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, clinical, operational, and programmatic leadership for the EP section.
• Oversee EP services at Rush University Medical Center and Rush Oak Park Hospital.
• Provide clinical expertise in complex ablations, device implants, LAAO, and lead extraction.
• Advance clinical, academic, and research missions of the EP program.
• Foster innovation and growth within electrophysiology.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop faculty and staff.
• Promote collaboration, excellence, and professional development.
• Lead initiatives supporting program growth and advancement.
