Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a UX Researcher/Designer to support DoW program initiatives, modernizing mission-critical applications. You will conduct user research, synthesize insights into personas and journeys, and design interfaces that comply with USWDS standards and accessibility requirements.

The role emphasizes close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver usable, accessible government software solutions that meet federal accessibility guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in UX research and design for enterprise or Government web applications.
• USWDS or an equivalent design system experience.
• Experience with Figma; axe or similar accessibility tooling.

What you’ll do

• Plan and run user research and recurring usability sessions with internal users, external partners, and members of the public; synthesize personas, journeys, and prioritized findings.
• Design user interfaces on a USWDS-based design system and verify Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA conformance in the built product.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum Interim Secret Clearance
• 4+ years in UX research and design for enterprise or Government web applications; USWDS or an equivalent design system.
• Experience with Figma; axe or similar accessibility tooling.
