People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Program Manager in Mobile, Alabama, to support the US Coast Guard OPC PRO. The role requires SECRET clearance and focuses on keeping the COR informed, coordinating progress reporting, and ensuring alignment with Coast Guard objectives.

The Program Manager will present deliverables, conduct monthly status reviews, and coordinate meetings with Government stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain progress toward contract milestones.

Formación

• Program management experience coordinating with government stakeholders.
• Experience preparing progress reports and presenting deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Progress Communication: Keep the COR informed of Contractor progress throughout the performance period.
• Deliverable Presentation: Meet with the COR to present deliverables, discuss progress, exchange information, and resolve issues.
• Monthly Status Reviews: Review contract status and Contractor performance with the COR on a monthly basis.
• Meeting Coordination: Participate in progress meetings at Government facilities or via telephone as required.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve emergent technical problems and issues in a timely manner.
• Available to meet with the COR upon request.
• Participate in monthly progress meetings (starting the second month after award).
• Meetings conducted at Government facility or via telephone.
