Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Secret Data Manager to oversee data, documentation, and configurations for a mission-critical tech refresh of the CCIC2S program. You will ensure traceability, baselines, and change history while coordinating with engineering, cybersecurity, and test teams to meet DoD standards.

The role requires leadership in configuration control and the ability to build internal processes from scratch based on customer requirements, with a strong focus on detail and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• 6–8+ years of experience in configuration management, data management, or document control in aerospace, defense, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience leading Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
• Detail-oriented, with experience building internal processes based on customer requirements - Technical lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project data, documentation, and configurations organized, controlled, and traceable during the program refresh.
• Build and run configuration and data management processes, set baselines, track configuration items and change history.
• Lead Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings to ensure approved changes are implemented.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and test teams to stay compliant with DoD and customer standards.
• Support audits, reviews, and status reporting.
