Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is supporting the US Army's DISA email systems at Tinker Air Force Base with a MIM Administrator, in a 24/7 environment. The role is Mon-Fri swing shift (4PM-12AM) with telework 2–3 days per week and requires Microsoft Server expertise, AD/MIM, Exchange, and SCCM experience.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in server administration, an active secret clearance (or higher), and Security+ or higher certification, plus strong scripting skills (PowerShell) and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Server Administration, Systems Support, Maintaining Windows Applications, or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Server and related technologies including SCCM, Exchange, Active Directory, MIM, and SQL 2008 R2.
• Understanding of Change Management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and server applications installations/management.
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Active secret clearance (or higher) and Security+ certification (or higher).

Responsibilities

• Provide Windows Server operating system support.
• Monitor server performance and availability.
• Ensure Windows server availability to SLA.
• Address operational systems issues including file/shares, user accounts, and app installations.
• Promote and maintain patch management practices.
• Monitor server load and implement load balancing where appropriate.
• Support and maintain SharePoint.
• Support and maintain AD LDS.
• Knowledge and support of Exchange functions.
• Knowledge and support of identity lifecycle processes.
• Upgrade and replace server hardware as needed.
• Troubleshoot to support mission requirements.
