Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Test Engineer to lead test planning, design, development, and execution for enterprise applications. The role focuses on automated and manual testing, functional and performance checks, and defect tracking within Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps environments.

The position requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a polygraph. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with software testing across the software development lifecycle for enterprise applications.
• Development of automated test solutions.
• Agile methodologies and CI/CD process experience.
• Functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing methodologies.
• Defect identification, documentation, prioritization, and tracking.
• Integration of automated testing into DevSecOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies for web-based and enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with software developers, systems engineers, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
