Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 2+ years of experience, or Master’s with 0 years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP access prior to start.
• Candidate must be a US citizen.
• Ability to work in lab and SIL environments, including off-shift or extended operations.
• Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems integration and test activities in labs/SIL environments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate integrated testing with multiple engineering teams and reviews.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports.
• Support troubleshooting and validation of RF sensor systems.
