Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. is seeking a Systems Infrastructure Lead to oversee enterprise IT for the U.S. Army Transportation Command. The role focuses on managing Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backups, and security across global systems.

The candidate will coordinate with Government stakeholders, sustain mission-ready infrastructure, and drive modernization efforts while ensuring compliance with DoD security controls and STIGs.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Active Secret clearance required
• Experience leading enterprise systems and infrastructure operations
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, and storage

Responsibilities

• Lead daily enterprise systems and infrastructure operations.
• Manage physical and virtual servers, operating systems, storage, and related infrastructure.
• Install, configure, patch, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems.
• Oversee VMware vSphere and related virtualization technologies.
• Administer SANs and NAS systems for storage.
• Drive backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.
• Maintain system availability, performance, capacity, and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
• Implement DoD security controls, STIGs, patches, and vulnerability remediation.
• Coordinate infrastructure incidents, outages, maintenance, upgrades, and refreshes.
• Maintain system documentation, inventories, configurations, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Report status and risks to Government stakeholders.
