Qualifications

• At least ten years of federal government contracting or procurement experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Head and administer complex purchase orders.
• Oversee and collaborate with management in the preparation of proposals, proposal pre-work, and post award execution.
• Negotiate proposals, purchase order modifications, and agreements; solicit, evaluate, and award POs meeting specifications, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company and program objectives.
• Manage vendor cost, scheduling, and technical performance of orders.
• Notify management of potential non-compliance and issues.
• Review PO modifications and proposals for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure vendors are paid in accordance with invoicing procedures and resolve disputes.
• Advise on legal requirements, customer contract requirements, and government regulations (FAR/DFARS).
