Job summary

M.C. Dean’s Maritime Division seeks experienced technicians to support C4ISR system installations on ships and submarines in Norfolk, VA and other shipyards nationwide, with travel as needed.

Join our Alteration Installation Teams to lead complex mechanical and structural assembly, safeguard company equipment, coordinate jobs for on-time completion, and maintain high workmanship in demanding environments. A Secret clearance, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license are required for

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in mechanical or structural assembly and shipboard layouts.
• Experience with antenna supports, equipment foundations, and hull penetrations.
• Ability to read schematics and conduct layout surveys.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule jobs to on-time completion.
• Maintain and safeguard company equipment and tools.
• Oversee shipboard mechanical and structural installations.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance for all tasks.
• Travel to support shipyards in the USA as needed.
