Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year IT experience in IT administration and support, Windows administration, and AD, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy management.
• Active SECRET clearance required for role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications encouraged (A+/Network+/MCSA).
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems; familiarity with enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 IT support requests and customer interactions.
• Follow SOPs and document standards; maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Provide after-hours on-call support as required.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and support team performance.
