Job summary

Centuria Corporation seeks a Service Desk Technician to support Hanscom AFB clients under the BLITS 3.0 program. You will manage tickets, perform remote and on-site troubleshooting, and ensure timely updates while maintaining service level metrics.

The role requires a Secret DoD clearance, CompTIA Security+ certification, and 7–9 years’ IT experience with Windows desktop, AD, and SCCM. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Secret DoD clearance required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required on day one of employment.
• High School Diploma with 7–9 years of experience.
• CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications desired.
• ITIL certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Complies with ticket procedures and creates tickets on contact, updating daily.
• Monitors and maintains hardware/software for Hanscom AFB clients, including classified and unclassified systems.
• Adheres to ticket and call center metrics and updates customers on changes.
• Performs remote troubleshooting and on-site visits as needed to resolve issues.
• Supports software licensing, SCCM patches, and enterprise procedures.
