Job summary

Eiden Systems Consulting is seeking a cleared Senior Applications Programmer to lead sustainment and development of enterprise applications. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and guide teams across the sustainment lifecycle using .NET, SQL, APIs, and BPMN within an agile context.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, complex problem solving, and delivery of optimized software across critical national security missions.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Expert-level sustainment lifecycle management experience.
• Proven .NET application development experience.
• Strong SQL and DBMS knowledge.
• Experience integrating APIs for low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience with BPMN-based process automation.
• Experience with agile and hybrid low-code development techniques.
• Experience leading programmers on large-scale DBMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Sustainment Lead or SME for program operations.
• Provide expert sustainment lifecycle guidance.
• Analyze functional applications across finance, accounting, personnel, logistics, contracts.
• Create technical design docs and flowcharts.
• Translate designs into functional applications.
• Code, test, debug, and refine software to requirements.
• Develop applications with .NET and SQL databases.
• Integrate APIs for low-code/no-code platforms.
• Build BPMN-based automation solutions.
• Improve performance and efficiency of existing software.
• Maintain technical documentation at program and user levels.
• Mentor and guide other programmers to meet milestones.
• Develop procedures to solve complex software problems.
