Potomac Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager with a strong grasp of Scrum practices to lead one or more Agile teams as the primary Scrum Master. The role focuses on fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and a robust implementation of a Quality Management System in ISO 9001 compliance.

The candidate will proactively identify and remove impediments, shielding the team from external distractions to maintain high-velocity delivery of quality results.

Competenze

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Strong understanding of Scrum practices and Agile methodologies.
• Experience implementing Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001.
