Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to serve as single point of accountability for a global IT services workforce supporting ARTRANS C4ISR and distribution operations. You will own cost, schedule, quality, and staffing outcomes, interfacing with KO and COR and directing contractor personnel.

Based at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, this role requires 8+ years of program management in DoD or federal IT, a Secret clearance, and experience leading multi-site programs; PMP and ITIL/ISO 9001

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience leading DoD or Federal IT services efforts of comparable size, scope, and complexity
• SECRET clearance (final, adjudicated) at minimum; U.S. citizenship as required for clearance
• Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site government IT services programs; PMP recommended; bachelor’s/master’s in a relevant field
• ITIL Foundation or higher; ISO 9001:2015 quality-management familiarity

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with the KO and COR; direct all contractor personnel and set work schedules
• Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan, including org chart, staffing plan, subcontractor management plan, and recruiting/retention plan
• Deliver the Monthly Status and Cost Report and lead quarterly In-Process Reviews
• Own performance against the QASP, manage the Risk Register, and manage Phase I to Phase II transition/descoping execution
• Ensure staffing fill milestones: Key Personnel
• Accountable for prime and subcontractor quality, and Section 508 compliance
