Northrop Grumman in Utah (Roy area) is seeking an Operations Project Manager with DoD Secret clearance to manage end-to-end engineering change processes and data artifacts across the Design Review lifecycle. The role requires strong project management skills, data metrics, and proficiency with Tableau, Excel and SharePoint, plus MS Office.

A 9/80 schedule and competitive benefits are offered. Primary and senior levels include salary ranges and expectations; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD Secret clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
• Experience in project management and execution of large projects.
• Proficiency in creating, maintaining and utilizing metrics in Tableau, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating end to end Engineering Change Management across the Design Review lifecycle.
• Governing all data artifacts and package deliverables essential for the Design Review.
• Steward data integrity and generate actionable metrics for the Design Review process.
• Coordinate and enforce closure of action items according to schedule and ECD.
• Serve as an integration function for the program engaging in ad hoc activities for streamlined cadence.
• Develop and deliver high level briefings to Program Leadership.
• Provide solutions aligned with organizational objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
