Qualifications

• 0–4 years electronics assembly or repair experience.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to read schematics and follow controlled processes.
• Active SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electromechanical assemblies.
• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment.
• Interpret schematics, work instructions, and engineering documentation.
• Document repairs and test results.
• Support quality, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Work in an ESD-controlled environment following strict safety and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with 5S and lean practices.
• Escalate issues to senior technicians or supervisors when defects are unfamiliar.
