Job summary
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Systems Engineer to join a Federal Program located at Pearl Harbor, HI. The role supports a large-scale, geographically dispersed enterprise network and requires expertise across LAN/WAN/WLAN, routing, switching, and network security.
Responsibilities include Tier III escalation, change management, RCA, and collaboration with CCNP/CCIE level engineers. Candidates should have DoD experience, active Secret clearance, and relevant IAT III certifications,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant professional experience or Master's with 6–10 years.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- DoD 8570.01 IAT Level III certification such as CASP+, CISSP, CCNP Security, etc.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification and resolution of complex network issues in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, VLANs, APs, firewalls, and sensors.
- Serve as Tier III escalation resource for incidents and coordinate with vendors as needed.
