Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a Network Administrator to configure, install, and support network hardware and software infrastructure in a secure, compliant environment.

Responsibilities include planning installations, managing rights, and maintaining network availability across VPN/LAN/WAN and VMware platforms. Active clearance or eligibility is required and shifts span three crews with varying hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Network Administrator.
• 8570 IAT Level II Certification and CND Infrastructure Support within 6 months.
• Active Secret Clearance or eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Solid understanding of firewalls, routers, switches and other network technologies.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling installation of new or modified network hardware and systems.
• Managing accounts and network rights.
• Configures network hardware and software infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways, and virtual devices in VMware.
• Analyzes and resolves faults from major outages to password issues.
• Ensuring systems availability, integrity and efficiency; maintaining configuration.
• Managing installation and integration of fixes, updates, and enhancements.
• Applying information security policies and practices.
• Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd with specified hours.
