Job summary

OLH Technical Services, LLC in Newport, RI seeks a Power Platform Data Analyst with MS Power BI experience to support NAVSEA DoD programs under Code 25 Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance.

The role focuses on building data models, dashboards, and automated data flows using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, while ensuring data security and regulatory compliance. A secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 3 years of program management or data analysis experience.
• DoD/government environment experience.
• Expert-level SharePoint Online and Microsoft Lists experience.
• Expert-level Power Automate experience.
• Intermediate Power Apps experience.
• Proficient in Power BI for dashboards and metrics.
• Strong data modeling and visualization skills.
• Experience with DoD systems such as Flank Speed.

Responsibilities

• Develop data models and structures for reporting.
• Build dashboards and reports with Power BI and related tools.
• Document data flows from source systems to outputs.
• Use Power Platform tools to support data entry and workflow automation.
• Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate requirements into solutions.
• Participate in cross-role coordination and meetings.
• Adhere to records management and regulatory policies.
• Provide bid and proposal support if requested.
