Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience
• Minimum SECRET clearance with SSBI
• Experience with Department of Navy (DON) IT environments, specifically NMCI
• Experience with network transitions/migrations
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work on a team and independently with minimal oversight
• Exemplary customer/client management skills and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Support the NEN Program Office as a liaison to Navy stakeholders (CIOs and CTRs) for IT service requirements
• Provide contract oversight to ensure IT services meet contract requirements
• Provide project management oversight for contractual obligations (equipment refresh, delivery, infrastructure, software support, legacy transitions)
• Assist in translating customer needs into actionable requirements
• Address contract execution issues and potential deficiencies
• Develop action plans to mitigate disputes and ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote stakeholder engagement and proactive communication to ensure service delivery
