Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Naval Enterprise Network (NEN) program office as a liaison to Navy CIOs and CTRs.
• Provide contract oversight to ensure IT services meet contractual requirements.
• Provide PM oversight for IT equipment refresh, delivery, infrastructure, software, and legacy transition projects.
• Assist in translating customer needs into actionable IT requirements.
• address contract execution issues and mitigate disputes.
• Promote customer satisfaction through proactive communication and stakeholder engagement.
