• Minimum SECRET clearance with SSBI.
• 7+ years of IT experience.
• Experience with Department of Navy IT environments, NMCI.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to DoN stakeholders for IT service requirements.
• Provide contract oversight to ensure IT services meet contract terms.
• Provide project management oversight for IT equipment delivery and transitions.
• Support new IT requirements from initiation to delivery.
• Identify contract execution issues and mitigate disputes.
• Develop action plans to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery.
• Foster proactive communication and stakeholder engagement.
