Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead an anticipated effort supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division’s Electronic Warfare and Spectrum Operations Division. The role requires strong program leadership and deep knowledge of electronic warfare, radar, and electromagnetic spectrum operations.

Ideal candidates will hold a US citizenship with an Active Secret clearance and have extensive senior program management experience across Navy/Joint warfighting systems,

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
10+ years of general technical and programmatic experience with complex Navy/Joint warfighting systems.
7 years of experience directly related to management of tasks and programs listed in the SOW.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering, software development, integration, test and evaluation, and sustainment support for EW systems.
Manage design, development and execution of large programs: budget, schedule, risk, and task execution, T&E, and contract management.
Operate within the JCIDS acquisition process for Navy capabilities.
Provide leadership across multi-discipline teams to deliver EW, radar, and EMS solutions for Navy/Joint customers.
