Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support lab and field testing for the NSWCDD B30 Electronic Warfare and Spectrum Operations mission. You will develop requirements-based test strategies, plans, and procedures; execute testing of Navy EW and combat systems; analyze system behavior; and investigate and verify defects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering, science, or technical discipline.
7+ years of DoD testing experience.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Experience with lab and field testing of EW/weapon systems.
Experience with test design, planning, and execution.

Responsibilities

Develop requirements-based test strategies, plans, and procedures.
Execute testing of Navy EW and combat systems in lab and field environments.
Analyze system behavior and verify defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sponsor objectives.
Plan and coordinate tests, ensuring traceability to requirements.
Investigate and report test results and anomalies.
