Job summary

WR Systems seeks a Material Coordinator to support government site material management, inventory control and logistics operations in Norfolk, VA. The role requires an Active Secret Clearance to start and involves shipping, inventory reconciliation and equipment tracking.

Responsibilities include DD-1149 documentation, coordinating material deliveries, and collaborating with government and contractor personnel to meet logistics requirements. Salary range is $50,000–$75,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of full-time experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, or material coordination
• Experience with inventory databases and DD-1149 generation/processing
• Experience tracking Government-furnished equipment and materials

Responsibilities

• Support Government site logistics activities including shipping/receiving and material distribution
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure timely movement of equipment and supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support audits
• Process DD-1149 documentation and related shipping records
• Coordinate with Government and contractor personnel to support logistics requirements
