Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a logistics management analyst for our Ft. Sill, Oklahoma location. The role supports the Integrated Battle Command System Product Support Team, ensuring efficient flow of spares, data, and materials to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating field repairs, managing work orders, and reporting metrics. Travel is about 25%, and a DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the material replenishment system and technical attributes of supply management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sparing operations and material control
• Expert level ability (minimum of 3 years) in estimating resource requirements
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple Global Supply Chain and Logistics disciplines
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance
• Experience using the COLTS database

Responsibilities

• Serves as a technical consultant to management regarding logistics policies, plans, and objectives
• Conducts work order management for field repairs by opening, updating, and closing work orders
• Maintains accountability of spares and facilitates material distribution in support of field repairs
• Collects and reports technical data, metrics, and status of operations
• Attends boards and meetings to track disposition of materials
• Accounts for and maintains records of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
• Provides specialized expertise while operating information management systems to maintain records and provide status
• Reports cost and schedule information for items dispositioned for vendor repair
• Represents the organization as a prime contact to customer counterpart
• Develops and delivers presentations to program and customer leadership
• Demonstrates proper packaging and handling of equipment during shipping and receiving
• Supports material fielding with inventories and handover documentation
