Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst in Oklahoma to support the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Product Support Team. The role focuses on efficient flow of goods, data interchange, demand management, and reporting for vendor repairs and field service operations.

Responsibilities include managing spares, tracking disposals, and collaborating with global supply chain teams. A DoD Secret clearance may be required, with travel ~25% to CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics policy and objectives management.
• Ability to open/work/close field service work orders.
• Experience with material replenishment systems and data interchange.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical consultant to management on logistics policies and objectives.
• Open and manage work orders for Field Service Representatives; track repair activities.
• Maintain accountability of spares and facilitate material distribution for field repairs.
• Collect and report technical data, metrics, and status of operations.
• Represent organization as a prime contact to customer counterpart.
• Package and ship equipment properly and ensure handover documentation.
