Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I network operations and troubleshooting for EACN at Scott AFB.
• Coordinate network requirements with users, site personnel, and higher-tier support.
• Monitor networks using SolarWinds and document incidents in ticketing system.
• Support Active Directory tasks and maintain technical publications for EACN equipment.
