Required: U.S. citizenship, high school diploma, English proficiency, MS Office, and an active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R) with SCI eligibility as needed for classified oversight. Strong coordination and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligibility as required for classified oversight
• Demonstrated IT project or site management experience on a comparable DoD support effort.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the OEC site.
• Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
• Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
• Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.
