Job summary

PingWind is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler II to support the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division (MEWSD) for U.S. Navy EW, SEWIP, and related programs.

The role integrates logistics, data science, reliability, and operations research to optimize system readiness and lifecycle performance. You will cradle-to-grave activities including engineering, technology transition, installation, test and evaluation, and sustainment, partnering with stakeholders to balance mission

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in master scheduling or related roles.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and SMP processes would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage program and project schedules per SMP.
• Develop and maintain the IMS to reflect milestones and deliverables.
• Collect and analyze scheduling data from teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, events, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Perform schedule updates and schedule performance analysis.
• Conduct Critical Path and risk analyses to identify constraints.
• Develop recovery plans and what-if scenarios to mitigate delays.
• Prepare schedule reports for management and decision-making.
• Communicate schedule status to project teams and leadership.
