Job summary

CATHEXIS is seeking a dynamic FOIA and Privacy Analyst to join our team for the Resource & Program Integration Directorate (RPI) within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Personnel and Readiness, OUSW(P&R). The FOIA and Privacy Analyst will provide administrative, analytical, process management, and cross-functional support to senior level decision makers.

They will collaborate with DoW and other agencies to manage cross-cutting tasks.

Qualifications

• Current Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Five or more years of related work experience.
• Experience working with CATMS & FOIA is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, analytical, and cross-functional support to senior decision makers.
• Support development and revision of policy drafts and coordinate across DoW portals.
• Draft content for documents, correspondence, and briefing materials.
• Provide executive decision-support and budget coordination support.
• Support FOIA replies, GAO responses, and inspector general audits.
• Deliver knowledge management and file consolidation on network applications.
