Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a FinOps Cloud Financial Analyst to support the USAF Cloud One (C1) program. You will own recurring financial conversations with MSOs, build and maintain dashboards and forecasting models in Kion, and deliver cloud cost insights across AWS, Azure, GCP and Oracle in a DoD environment.

The role emphasizes cost forecasting, budget variance analysis, and RI purchase recommendations, with direct interaction to technical and finance stakeholders. A active U.S.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required at time of award and during contract.
• 3+ years of cloud service experience (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle).
• 2+ years in a DoD or federal government environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud spend drivers and cost management.
• Experience with cost forecasting and budget variance analysis.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly or quarterly financial review conversations with MSOs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and forecasting models in Kion.
• Develop savings plans and RI purchase recommendations.
• Support budget variance analysis and cost forecasts.
• Provide cloud financial operations management support.
• Rightsizing compute and storage to optimize spend.
• Ensure DoD data retention requirements compliance.
